The filter press unit will handle 50 cu. ft. per cycle.
Feed Tank
The feed tank is 2,500 gallons and equipped with a vibrating screen capable of approximately 200 gpm flow rate. The feed line is 3" and a 20' hose section (with Cam-Lock fitting) is provided.
Filter Press Controls
Our system is as easy as pushing a button. That's right, once the slurry is in the feed tank, the filter press is a completely automatic cycle.
Solids Discharge
Our belt conveyor discharges the dewatered solids at a height of 8 feet at the back end of the trailer. The angled belt also allows for easy cleaning: washing is contained in a sump at the low end of the conveyor and then returned to the feed tank.
